· For your comfort bring blankets and lawn chairs for seating. Don't forget the sunscreen! Your driver's license is required to buy alcoholic beverages.
· No camping, coolers, no camcorders or recording devices. No pets please. Absolutely no swimming or wading in the Arkansas River. No access to the festival by boat.
· In case of inclement weather, the show will continue on stage with the exception of severely heavy rains, dangerous conditions, high winds or lightning. The show may pause and resume due to weather conditions. No alternate location will be used and no rescheduling of the festival will occur.
· The Riverfront Blues Festival venue is Harry E. Kelley Park, located at the corner of Clayton Expressway and North A, Fort Smith, AR 72903.
· FREE paved bike parking located near the entrance gate, first come first serve basis.
· Admission is $5 per day! Kids 12 and under get in FREE with an adult.
· The Riverfront Blues Festival, LTD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation with a mission to preserve and promote the blues.

Sign-up today to be a Fort Smith Riverfront Blues Fest Volunteer!
INCENTIVES:
• Free admission to the festival
• All volunteers will receive $10.00 in Blues Bucks to spend on food and drink.
• Volunteers will also receive a $2.00 off coupon to use toward purchase of merchandise, such as T-shirts or hats.
• 1 FREE year membership to the Blues Society.
EXPECTATIONS:
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your shift, to allow for training/instructions.
• Show up to work your assigned shift, or make sure that someone does. If you absolutely can’t make it, please contact Randy Ford so that we can make arrangements to cover your shift.
• It will be HOT, so dress cool, there will be fans at every location!
• You will need to balance your drawer after your shift, so please pay close attention when selling blues bucks or working the gate.
• When checking I.D.’s, the person must have been born on June 20th, 1987 or before! Our license to sell beer can be revoked if we fail to verify this information!
