Young Emerging Leaders of the Greater Fort Smith Region (YEL) will host its November Leadership Luncheon from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18 at the Harry E. Kelley Riverfront Park West Meeting Room located at North A Street and Clayton Expressway in Fort Smith.
 
"This luncheon will focus on the important issue of future development in the Greater Fort Smith Region," said Mark Lloyd, Leadership and Professional Development co-chair, "As young professionals, we have to have a deep understanding of the economic development direction in our community."
