I encourage everyone to take their families for a brief car ride up I-540 to Springdale and enjoy a nice afternoon at a state of the art new minor league ballpark. While you're there be sure to swing by the Jones Center for some senior recreational activities and some family ice-skating. On your way out of town be sure to check out the All-Star Sports Complex where the youth of NWA are practicing soccer, baseball, volleyball and basketball year round in-doors.
Then on your way back down I-540 after you've donated your hard earned money into the Springdale economy, please ask yourself what is it going to take to get such wonderful quality-of-place amenities right here in Fort Smith.
