As a life-long Fort Smith resident, I know and love this community. I want to put my knowledge and passion to work for you. I have worked within the community in various capacities throughout the years--mentoring, promoting literacy, assisting in our public schools, and facilitating diversity initiatives like our Juneteenth celebration. The Ward Two directorship offers me the opportunity to serve on a broader level.
For me, good city governance begins with inclusion--making every citizen of our city feel valued and earning every citizen's trust. Representing the interests of Ward Two is important. Serving the city as a whole is even more important. With sound leadership, the possibilities are unlimited. Together, we can move our city to new heights.
While Travis and I seek the support of Ward No.1 & Ward No.2 residents in the upcoming special election on April 8th, I also ask all Fort Smithians for their vote of confidence and a commitment to get involved.
