This has been a city ordinance in Tulsa for years...and is normally only enforced if someone calls to complain. I would assume the same would apply here should it pass. And if someone is calling to complain, that usually means there is more to the story than just a car parked in the yard. I say this from experience, since we have some literally "trashy" neighbors on our street. Their front yard is always littered with trash and junk, along with using the yard as a parking lot for a camper and three vehicles. It looks awful! So Sherry, I'm sure your neighbors wouldn't call you in!  Laughing
