About Me
I am a lifelong resident of Fort Smith where my family owned Southern Wholesale, Inc. (a convenience store supply company) from 1953 until it was sold to Glidewell Distributing in 2005. I graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville with a BSBA in Human Resource Managment. I am currently a real estate agent with Envision Real Estate Group and I also have a business coaching and consulting company called LeapStone Strategies. No matter whether it is Real Estate or Business, I enjoy helping people realize their full potential and achieve their dreams but maybe most rewarding is opening up their eyes to new dreams. I have been married to my wife Staci for 10 years this August and we have two wonderful girls ages 6 and 3. Staci is also a Realtor with Envision Real Estate Group and she absolutely loves Houses. When Staci and I aren't working we are going 90 to nothing getting the kids to school, gymnastics, dance, soccer or some other activity. We defintely like hanging with our friends when we are lucky enough to hook up a baby sitter. Occupation

Nominations can be made online at www.leadershipfortsmith.com and self nominations are permitted. The web site contains a great deal of information about the organization and its mission however much more detailed information about the program (including cost, participant commitment, session topics and schedules) will be sent to those who have been nominated.
