The Young Emerging Leaders is an initiative of the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce, designed to provide social and professional networking opportunities as well as professional development training for the future leaders of our community.

The Young Emerging Leaders of the Greater Fort Smith Region (YEL) seeks to provide an outlet for networking, leadership development, and community involvement among the emerging professional demographic in the Greater Fort Smith Region. YEL connects the youthful and seasoned business community to strengthen the resources available in our region.

YEL joins the Northwest Arkansas Young Professionals for a Naturals Baseball game in Springdale, Arkansas. Tickets are $25 and include party deck game admission and game day buffet.
